Marek is an entrepreneur and scale-up practitioner, founder of SCALEUP.house, with 20+ years of experience transforming businesses through advanced technology and AI adoption. He has mentored 500+ companies across three continents and helped scale organizations including Google, Jaguar Land Rover, GymBeam and multiple fast-growing tech firms. With an investor background, he solves the complex challenges of founders.
Piotr leverages 20+ years of experience from eBay to global EdTech to help startups master the transition to sustainable profitability. As an INSEAD MBA, he combines corporate analytical rigor with the "boots-on-the-ground" execution needed to scale high-growth businesses. He specializes in Go-to-Market strategies and operational restructuring across Europe and Emerging Asia to ensure resilient market dominance.
